Multi-Buy discounts

Four our smaller items (and some of our larger mid price items) we offer a Multi-Buy discount that means the more you buy the more you save. This applies to many of the items in our product range. It doesn't just apply to buying multiples of the same item. As an example, if you wanted two different types of roof vents, then these also count towards the savings. Look out for the banner in the product details:

Shipping

We have always been frustrated by websites where you don't know what the shipping cost is until you have gone through the process of adding all your details at checkout, so we have kept it simple. Shipping is free for standard shipping (2 to 4 days delivery using Royal Mail 2nd class post). We also offer faster shipping (1 to 2 days using Royal Mail 1st class post) for a small premium. We may occasionally use a better service for higher value orders, but the cost is covered by us. Whatever happens, if the item is lost in the post, then we will send a replacement.

Despatch of orders

We try and keep a good stock of all the products listed on our website, so we are usually able to ship your order on the working day after your order is placed. Sometimes we sell out, but we can usually have the item back in stock within a day or two, so if you want something that is showing as "Out of stock", then please drop us a note and we can prioritise this on the restocking schedule.
