This is a 3D printed set of bogies for the BR Blue Pullman Power, Kitchen and Trailer cars, in Gauge 1, 1/32nd scale. These are available as a set of as pairs for each coach type.
The bogies have been designed around the Fosworks 34mm MOT-320 wheelset and MOT-510 1/4" outside diameter bearings. 
The bogies included in each set are:

Power car set: One leading 9' 6" wheelbase bogie (with rail guard irons) and one trailing 9' 6" wheelbase bogie (with speedometer on one axlebox)
Kitchen car set: One 9'6" wheelbase bogie (same design as the power car) and one 8' 6" wheelbase bogie (same design as the trailing bogie)
Trailer car set: Two 8' 6" bogies
The 8' 6" bogies are available with either open springs of concertina springs.
Each bogie comprises of two bogie sideframes, two end sections, a central bolster and a pivot. Brake pistons are also supplied. The bogie sideframes are strengthened with a length of 2mm stainless steel rod (supplied).
To assemble the bogies. you simply need to remove a small amount of flash from the top edge of the slope on the trailer bogie and the top edge of the ends of the power bogies. The ends, sideframes and bolster should then all sit together nice and square,
The bearings can then be slotted into the axleboxes and again, everything should sit square with adequate play in the bearings.
The pivot assembly is assembled using two 15mm lengths of 3mm diameter brass rod (not supplied), which are slid into the sides of the bolster (friction fitted), and into the circular pivot. Check that the pivot has sufficient clearance for the pivot block to rotate around the brass rod.  If required, brake rods can be fashioned from 1.0mm brass rod and located into the back of the brake pads and ends of brake levers (holes have been included for this).
