BR Britannia Standard Class 7 Locomotive Tender Water Dome (Gauge 1 10mm scale)

This is a 3D printed item, using a fine ABS like resin and comprises a tender water dome (either the tall or short version) and fixing base for a BR Britannia Standard Class 7 locomotive tender. These will also fit other standard BR tenders.

The photos show the component parts as they will be supplied, before any clean up. The photos were taken with a full frame 35mm SLR and are not digital representations.

To fit the dome, the lower edge needs to be sanded away using a flat sheet of emery paper. The use of the base is optional. The base has a 3mm diameter securing lug and can be glued into the bottom of the dome before fitting. Alternatively, the dome can be fixed directly to the tender.

The kit includes either a tall or short dome and mounting plate.
