This is a 3D printed item, using a fine ABS like resin.
Photo 1 shows an example of the item parts as you will receive them. The remaining photos show an assembled PFA wagon, complete with 2' 8" diameter [18.5mm] wheels (not supplied). Peartree Engineering Lowmac wheels have been tested and clear the brakes shoes nicely. Course scale wheels are likely to require some sanding of the shoes to provide clearance.
These are genuine photos and not digital representations. You simply need to remove a small amount of flash from the around the body, open up the bearing holes as required for your choice of wheel bearings (not supplied), assemble the brake pivot assemblies using two 15mm lengths and one 55.0mm length of 1.5mm diameter brass rod (not supplied) and glue it together.
Bear in mind the size of these items when looking at the detail in the photos.
These were designed to provide a more detailed version of a PFA wagon than was available at the time to complement the various containers that we make.
