HUDSON HUNSLET 20HP 4wDM NARROW GAUGE DIESEL with ROOF [10B] (BODY ONLY) (O16.5 gauge 7mm scale)

This is a 3D printed item, using a fine ABS like resin and is a complete body to create an O scale miniature railway loco (7mm / foot) running on 16.5mm track.

This engine is modelled on the locos running on a number of narrow gauge lines, including the Yaxham Light Railway.

Photos 1 to 5 are of an example of the item as you will receive it (and also with motorised chassis... which is not included in the sale). Photos 6 to 9 show the assembled loco on a Tenshodo chassis (not included in the sale). These are genuine photos taken with a full frame 35mm SLR and not digital representations.

You simply need to remove the two formers from the base and file / sand the bottom edges of the axleboxes. The exhaust and bonnet are then fitted into the location holes and it is ready to paint / fit to the chassis. The roof requires 6x 17.5mm lengths of 1mm brass rod which slide neatly into the roof and body locating holes. You may already have the brass rod in your modelling stash, but it is available as an option, if required.

It is designed to run on a Tenshodo 26mm wheelbase chassis with 10.5mm disc wheels (not supplied) that simply clips into the body. It also uses two standard Peco GR-102 009 couplings (not supplied) which slot neatly into the bodywork.

Bear in mind the size of these items when looking at the detail in the photos. The loco body is 56mm long, 28mm wide and 44mm high (including the wheels, but excluding the exhaust and couplings).
