This is a 3D printed item, using a fine ABS like resin and is a complete body (with separate roof, engine and nameplates) to create an O scale model of "Caravan", being a Simplex loco manufactured by Motor Rail, but with a unique added cab structure (7mm / foot) running on 16.5mm track.

This was commissioned by a customer who was looking to extend their O9 gauge railway. We have now introduced it as an O16.5 loco as well. 

The kit includes the main body, roof, separate engine and name and number plates.

Photos 2 and 3 are an example of the item as you will receive it. Photos 4 and 5 are of the body mounted to a Tenshodo 26mm wheelbase chassis with 10.5mm disc wheels (not supplied). The remaining photos show details of the finished loco (motorised chassis and track are not included in the sale). These are genuine photos taken with a full frame 35mm SLR and not digital representations. 

To fit the body, you simply need to remove the two formers from the base and it is ready to paint / fit to the chassis (not supplied) and add the couplings of your choice (not supplied).

The body is designed to run on a Tenshodo 26mm wheelbase chassis with 10.5mm disc wheels (not supplied) that requires the extended axles to be removed. It then simply clips into the body (see photo 5).

Slots have been included in the body to attach two standard Peco GR-102 or GR-105 009 couplings (not supplied), that slot neatly into the bodywork... with a twist!

Bear in mind the size of this items when looking at the detail in the photos. The loco body is scaled using measurements of the real "Caravan" and is approximately 57mm long, 28 wide and 43.0mm high(excluding the chimney).

It will be dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class with suitable protective packaging.
