TRIANG HORNBY BATTLE SPACE RAIL CLIPS (x4) for R639 SNIPER / R348 GIRAFFE CAR [REPRODUCTION PART] (OO Gauge 4mm scale)

This item is a set of 4 rail clips in black plastic (the Super 4 track and actuating rail are presented to show the clips in action and are not included in the sale).

 

It is as near perfect a replica of the original clip as I think it is possible to create. These clips are very easily broken and this set will bring your sniper (or giraffe) back to life.

 

The initial photo is an example of the set of 4 clips (Tri-ang part number S.6762) as you will receive them (in black). The next photos show the clips attached to the actuating rail and also clipped neatly into a piece of Super 4 track. It will fit Series 3 track as well.

 

These are genuine photos and your original actuating rail slides into the clip which is then clipped into the track in the same way as the original... with no clean up required.

 

As with the originals, care must be taken when removing them. I have found the best way is to slide the actuating rail out first and then carefully push the clip upwards from underneath the track.

 

Bear in mind the size of this item when looking at the detail in the photos.

 

This part was commissioned originally to bring my childhood Tri-ang Giraffe back to life, ready to entertain the grandchildren!!
